What we collect
When you enquire, we ask for a parent or carer name, contact details, year group, tuition interest and an optional message. Please do not include sensitive information about your child.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss tuition and make arrangements you choose to pursue. We do not use an enquiry as agreement to unrelated marketing.
Website services
Cloudflare hosts this website and protects form submissions against repeated requests. Connected forms send the information you enter to Hadi Online Tuition Services’ GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) CRM so Sanober and authorised staff can respond and follow up about your enquiry. Where an email-draft option is shown, you must send the draft from your email app.
Retention and your rights
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after six months. Active tuition records are kept separately for the service and applicable accounting needs. Contact Sanober to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern about how your information is handled.
Children’s information
Enquiries should be made by a parent or carer. We do not ask for a child’s full name, school or sensitive information through the public enquiry form.
